IXAS Conseil relies on several skills, in particular :

• "Hands-on" experience of Consultants who have been working until recently in major multi-national industrial companies, in R&D, Production and Marketing management as well as in Industrial Property management.
  
  
• Ability to understand key success factors and competitive issues of industrial firms, ability to integrate R&D and world-wide markets constraints, knowledge of the international technical environment of the firm and of its competitors.
  
  
• Capacity to analyse complex situations, to underline critical issues in reaching objective synthesis for decision making.
  
  
• Experience in interview techniques; ability to access decision makers and executives in Business, Marketing and Research.
  
  
• Experience in leading / facilitating / moderating analysis and synthesis sessions / seminars where the role of IXAS Conseil is to extract and structure diffuse knowledge, boost creativity and build consensus toward a developmental strategy accepted by all. This role is that of a catalyst and mediator.
  
  
• Practice of rigorous and proven methodologies in each of our fields in conjunction with an extensive scientific knowledge.
  
  
• Information, communication, productivity technologies: on line access to all data banks, sophisticated software for administrative management of patents and trademarks.
  
  
• Large network of experts within industry and research centers who can be contacted on some specific domains (project partnership, trend opinion,...)
  
  
• Language skills and international mentality.Texts of patents or reports, as well as workshops may be written or conducted in either French or English. Support services do operate in German and Spanish as well.
