This comprises Industrial Property Rights management and the evaluation of the match between an opportunity in the market and an innovative technology (Opportunity Analysis). IXAS Conseil was founded as a result of requests from large industrial international groups, eager to outsource these types of services. IXAS Conseil has a staff of 9. It also liaises with other European Consultants and worldwide patent attorneys correspondants on an adhoc basis.

Prior to the founding or the joining of IXAS Conseil, its management and senior Consultants had all successful and long career history in large multinational groups.
