Mechanical engineering, chemistry, material science, metallurgy, industrial processes, polymers, packaging.

IP Litigation. Opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO.

  

Previous work experience :

 

Dr Pigasse joined IXAS CONSEIL in 2006 as a senior patent attorney after having practised IP law for more than 20 years in industry (Pechiney, Alcan). He has over 35 years of experience (R&D, IP) in the field of polymers, plastics processing and packaging, and has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications. Since 2013 he has "Of Counsel" status at IXAS CONSEIL.

He is involved in complex technical and legal cases, especially in relation with proceedings before the EPO.
