However, our firm does not advise clients in the fields of tax law and software contracts.

 

IXAS Conseil is admitted to practice patent, trademark and design law in France (INPI), Germany (DPMA) and before the EPO and the EUIPO, according to the professional rules applicable to these offices.

 

For other jurisdictions IXAS Conseil can rely on its worldwide network of associates. If necessary (and in particular for court litigation), IXAS Conseil will cooperate with its own network of attorneys-at-law, or with the attorney-at-law selected by its client.
